At 27 years old, Charles Mérenne brings over two years of professional experience at Hanseeuw Group, where he developed strong expertise in property management and client relations. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from EPHEC, followed by a Master’s degree in Management from ICHEC, combining strong academic foundations with hands-on real estate experience.
Max Van Lil, aged 24, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from EPHEC. He began his career with a traineeship at Christie’s Real Estate and has since acquired valuable experience in residential real estate, further strengthening his understanding of market dynamics and client needs.
With the arrival of Max and Charles, the Office Agency and Leasing Advisory team now counts nine members, all reporting to Maximilien Mandart. The team is composed of:
