About

Mr. Rowley is an Executive Managing Director and the US Practice Lead for the Hospitality and Leisure practice group within Cushman & Wakefield Valuation and Advisory services.  In this role, Mr. Rowley oversees valuation and advisory services nationwide for hotels and resorts, golf courses, and marinas, leading a team of specialists dedicated exclusively to hospitality and leisure assets.

Mr. Rowley's practice is centered on the hospitality sector, with deep experience across all hotel types, from select-service and extended-stay properties to full-service, luxury, and destination resorts. His hotel advisory work extends beyond valuation to include market and feasibility studies, brand and management company analysis, underwriting support, and strategic consulting for owners, lenders, investors, and developers. That work spans throughout the full hotel lifecycle, from proposed development through acquisition, capital sourcing, repositioning, and disposition.

In addition to his hotel practice, Mr. Rowley is a recognized specialist in golf course and marina valuation, two asset classes that demand an understanding of both real estate fundamentals and the operating businesses they support. His golf experience spans daily-fee, semi-private, private club, and resort courses, while his marina work includes wet slip and dry stack facilities, boatyards, and mixed-use waterfront properties.

Prior to his current role, Mr. Rowley served as Director of Valuation for Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia, for all asset classes.
