With over 15 years of commercial real estate experience, Tara England is an office leasing specialist in Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast, working on an array of real estate projects that vary in complexity and size. Specializing in agency leasing and tenant representation services within the South Florida office market, Ms. England has successfully negotiated over 12 million square feet of commercial lease transactions, totaling over $25 million.

Her current assignments include Financial Center at the Gardens and Lost Tree Financial Center in Palm Beach Gardens, as well as 1700 Palm Beach Lakes in West Palm Beach, among others. A lifelong resident of Palm Beach County, Ms. England is familiar and knowledgeable in the various submarkets and key office properties within the area and has built a reputation for creating custom solutions for her clients’ real estate challenges.

Ms. England is President of the Palm Beach and Treasure Coast Chapter of CREW and active in both the Palm Beach Gardens Youth Athletic Association and Jupiter/Tequesta Athletic Association.
