About

Steve Langton specializes in tenant representation in Cushman & Wakefield’s Boston, Massachusetts office. Having started his career in Manhattan, during his tenure with C&W, Steve has completed 250 transactions for more than 2 million SF, while representing pedigreed tenants across several industries. Steve has successfully represented Weizmann Global Endowment Management Trust, Pinkerton Foundation, Golconda, Firtree, Alignment Growth Capital, Sports Illustrated, Fanatics, Redwire Defense, Raymond James, Allsteel and Arch, among others. 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Steve was a member of three consecutive Olympic Teams, representing the United States in Vancouver, Sochi and PyeongChang, where he won two silver medals. The same determination and drive that led Steve to the Olympic Podium is exactly what he brings to his clients every day.
