Stephen Nguyen is an Associate Director with Cushman & Wakefield in Irvine, CA. A member of the Valuation & Advisory group, he performs appraisal and consulting services throughout the country on various types of existing and proposed properties focusing on the Southern California region. Mr. Nguyen has broad experience valuing many different property types including retail, office, single-family, multi-family, industrial, and development land. Intended uses of appraisal assignments include lending purposes, estate and tax planning, financial reporting, dispute analysis and litigation support, and consulting. Mr. Nguyen began his valuation career at Cushman & Wakefield as a Valuation & Advisory intern during the summer of 2021 within their San Francisco office. During his apprenticeship, he assisted two certified general MAI's in the development of valuation reports for commercial properties located primarily throughout the Bay Area region and various areas across the United States. In 2024, Mr. Nguyen joined the Financial & Tax Reporting practice as an appraiser and relocated to the Irvine office to be closer to his family.

Stephen is currently a Candidate for the MAI designation and is a Certified General Appraiser in the State of California.
