Sam Martin has experience valuing a broad range of property types, with expertise in conservation easements, large agricultural, rural, and environmentally sensitive land. In addition to land valuation, Sam has completed assignments across a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential asset classes. 

Originally from Pennsylvania, Sam was born and raised in the state before beginning his professional career in Florida. He recently relocated back to Pennsylvania to further expand his experience within a broader and more diverse real estate market, aligning with his long-term professional growth and regional ties.
