Peter is a Los Angeles native and former talent agent with over a decade of experience representing top talent across music, film, television, and comedy. At United Talent Agency (UTA), he helped launch the Music Crossover Department in 2016, building a diverse client roster and securing high-profile film and television opportunities for artists across the music and entertainment industries. He has built his career at the intersection of entertainment and business, helping artists expand their reach across platforms and industries. He is a graduate of Loyola High School and the University of San Diego.

Today, Peter applies that same expertise in deal negotiation, client strategy, and relationship building to tenant representation in commercial real estate, advising businesses and executives on aligning their real estate strategy with their broader business goals and company culture. His background in high-stakes negotiations and client relationships gives him a distinct perspective on what leaders need to make real estate decisions that support long-term growth and vision.
