A South Florida native, Nicholas was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale before settling in the City of Stuart on the Treasure Coast. He earned his Bachelor of Real Estate and Finance from Florida State University in 2020, marking the beginning of his career in real estate. Nicholas moved to Stuart to pursue his professional ambitions and has quickly immersed himself in the local market.

Since starting his career, Nicholas has gained experience as both a researcher and trainee appraiser, working on a diverse range of real estate assignments across Florida. His dedication to learning and growing in the field is evident as he works toward obtaining his Certified General Appraiser licensure, with the goal of earning the prestigious MAI designation.
