Mitchell has more than 10 years of investment experience and serves as a Managing Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Retail Advisory Group in Miami. He specializes in the disposition of retail real estate across Florida and the Southeast.

At Cushman & Wakefield, Mitchell has supported the underwriting and sale of more than $2.0 billion in commercial real estate transactions on behalf of a broad client base, including institutional investors, public and private REITs, advisors, developers, and private investors.

His experience spans the full spectrum of retail real estate, including neighborhood and community shopping centers, power and lifestyle centers, malls, strip centers, high-street retail, and entertainment-oriented retail
