Justin Royce is an Executive Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield, where he advises both institutional landlords and occupiers on complex leasing strategy and execution across New York City and nationally.

Over the course of his 23 year career, Justin has been involved in more than 20 million square feet of transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $5.3 billion. His experience spans lease acquisitions and dispositions, multi-market portfolio strategy, asset repositioning, and the development of sophisticated occupancy and cost optimization strategies.

Justin has extensive experience representing ownership in the leasing, marketing, and strategic positioning of high-profile office assets. His current assignments include 100 Park Avenue, 245 Park Avenue, 810 Seventh Avenue, and 505 Park Avenue. Prior notable projects include the lease-up of One World Trade Center, as well as the repositioning and redevelopment of 75 Rockefeller Plaza and 180 Maiden Lane.

In parallel, Justin advises a range of occupier clients—including leading firms in finance, media, technology, and manufacturing—bringing a deep understanding of market dynamics, capital considerations, and transaction structuring to drive efficient and informed decision-making.

He resides in Park Slope, Brooklyn with his wife, daughter, and Boston Terrier.
