Conor McGough is an Associate in Investments at Cushman & Wakefield, based in San Diego, California, where he is a member within the National Net Lease Group. He specializes in advising clients on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant investment properties nationwide.

Conor is actively involved in business development, client relationship management, and the full transaction process—including valuation, underwriting, and offer negotiation. He is committed to helping clients grow and preserve wealth through 1031 exchanges, in-depth research, and tailored advisory services.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2024, Conor held roles in branding, licensing, and software sales, with experience across industries such as entertainment, tech, financial services, and consumer goods. A Seattle native, he earned his degree from the University of Oregon. Outside of work, he enjoys surfing, golfing, and staying active.
