Mark Brannigan is an Estate Manager within the Asset Services team, bringing extensive experience in facilities management, operational leadership, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and contractor management across complex, high-profile environments. He has developed a strong reputation for delivering practical, customer-focused solutions that enhance service delivery, operational performance, and long-term asset value. 

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mark held a number of operational and facilities management roles with Dublin Airport Authority (daa), most recently serving as Staff Facilities Manager. In this position, he was responsible for managing facilities and operational services supporting thousands of employees across Dublin Airport. 

Mark holds an IWFM Level 5 Diploma in Facilities Management, a Diploma in Change Management, and a Certificate in Business Studies. His expertise spans estate and facilities management, contractor and procurement management, health and safety compliance, maintenance planning, risk management, operational mobilisation, and stakeholder engagement.

Known for his collaborative and solutions-focused approach, Mark works closely with residents, clients, contractors, and colleagues to deliver high standards of service and operational excellence. He is committed to continuous improvement, strong governance, and the creation of safe, efficient, and well-managed environments that support both occupier satisfaction and asset performance.
