Hardeep Deol is an Associate Director within the Asset Services team, specialising in commercial asset and property management across retail, industrial, office and mixed-use portfolios. With over a decade of experience in Ireland and the UK, he has built a strong track record in asset enhancement, landlord and tenant management, ESG implementation, capital projects and service charge management.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield in 2021, Hardeep held senior asset management and commercial development roles with Transport for London, where he delivered major property, placemaking and revenue-generating initiatives across one of Europe's largest real estate portfolios. Known for his strategic approach and commercial mindset, Hardeep works closely with landlords, occupiers and investors to maximise asset performance, improve sustainability credentials and deliver long-term value.
