Kevin has over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate specializing in industrial properties. Adept at working on behalf of sellers, landlords, buyers, and tenants, Kevin's insight and expertise continues to be a valuable asset to clients across the Fraser Valley, Tri-City, and Maple Ridge. Since 2003, Kevin has negotiated and closed over 1,400 real estate transactions throughout the region totaling over 10,000,000 square feet, focusing on small to medium bay leasing, client assignments and property dispositions (including strata properties).
