About

Brent Robinson is an Executive Managing Director, Head of Cushman & Wakefield Capital, and Managing Principal of the Quebec market. Alongside his partner, Jason Ansel, he leads investment sales coverage across Greater Montreal and Quebec, advising private and institutional clients on transactions across all major real estate asset classes.

As Head of Cushman & Wakefield Capital, a licensed Exempt Market Dealer, Brent leads a team focused on sourcing, structuring and negotiating equity capital solutions across a broad range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development projects and recapitalizations of existing holdings, as well as raising capital for open and closed-end real estate funds.

Brent joined Cushman & Wakefield in 2021 from iA Financial Group, where he served as Director, Real Estate Investments. During his tenure at iA, his responsibilities spanned leasing, asset management, acquisitions and dispositions, and he played a key role in the restructuring of the company’s real estate investment group. Brent began his career in commercial real estate brokerage at CBRE before joining Oxford Properties (OMERS), where he worked from 2012 to 2017. He graduated from Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, in 2004 and went on to play four years of professional hockey in the United States, Sweden and Germany.
