Avery Hutcheson focuses on office leasing, bringing a hardworking, detail-focused approach to every client interaction. Rotating across Industrial, Office, Retail, and Capital Markets since joining the firm has given Avery a well-rounded view of Calgary's commercial real estate market, and a genuine appreciation for how each asset class connects to a client's broader business goals. Avery is driven by a strong sense of curiosity, and builds relationships rooted in trust, responsiveness, and a commitment to meeting his clients' needs.

Avery holds a Master of Science in Management (Finance) from the Dhillon School of Business at the University of Lethbridge, along with an undergraduate degree in General Management. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield full-time, Avery spent four years gaining real estate industry experience through landlord and brokerage internships across leasing, property management, and investment management. Born and raised in Calgary, Avery brings the same team-first mentality developed as a multi-year captain of the University of Lethbridge varsity basketball team to his work in commercial real estate, striving to raise the bar for himself and everyone he works with.
