As a valued member of Cushman & Wakefield’s Vancouver Leasing and Sales Division, Andrei Jelescu provides exclusive Landlord and Tenant Representation across office, flex/industrial and investment properties. With a focus on the Mount Pleasant, Broadway Corridor and Vancouver Periphery markets Andrei has continued to exceed his client’s expectations through his local expertise, professionalism and dedication.

Previously working for DTZ Vancouver, Andrei joined Cushman & Wakefield Ltd. when the two companies merged at the start of 2016. With over 5 years of sales experience, a proven track record of pursuing leads to their full potential, and the ability to create long standing relationships with his clients Andrei brings great value to the C&W team.

Andrei attended Langara College with a focus in Accounting and Economics, holds a Real Estate Sales Person’s License from the University of British Columbia, and is currently a member of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver and the British Columbia Real Estate Association.
