About

Thomas heads up the Cushman & Wakefield Sustainability team, overseeing services delivered to international real estate investors and occupiers. 

Clients include real estate investment managers, sovereign wealth funds, REITs and corporate occupiers, often with complex global portfolios. 

We develop and support ESG and Net Zero Strategies for clients and also manage their reporting and disclosure (CDP, GRESB, TCFD, SECR etc). 

We deliver technical services (BREEAM, LEED, WELL, fitwel, ISO, Energy Audits, Energy Strategies, MEES/EPC etc) on asset level for new construction, refurbishment and fitout strategies and operational buildings. 

Thomas is a Chartered Engineer, with wide ranging experience and technical knowledge on energy and sustainability assessments in the built environment. 

He advises both investors and occupiers on energy saving opportunities, sustainable design and wellbeing solutions on both new and operational buildings. 

Thomas brings his passion for sustainable development, net zero carbon and workplace to his work and the teams he works with, to ensure the delivery of successful projects with high-quality and solutions-oriented results.
