About

Richard Middleton is President, International Client Delivery, overseeing our accounts in Asia and EMEA for Global Occupier Services (GOS) – our service line focused on the world’s largest occupiers. These services include Integrated Portfolio Management (Transaction management, Portfolio Administration, and Insights & Analytics) and Integrated Facilities Management for many of the world’s leading corporations. 

He also serves in an advisory capacity as Chairman, Integrated Portfolio Management (IPM) globally.

Richard brings over thirty years of real estate experience and has been with Cushman & Wakefield since 1997. He has a unique, global perspective having run both geographical and service line businesses in multiple parts of the world. 

A strategic thinker, Richard is well known as an inspiring and energizing leader, a change champion who gets things done. Richard believes that real estate has an opportunity and responsibility to help mitigate the impacts of climate change.
