As Head of Logistics & Industrial at Cushman & Wakefield Thailand, Phongphan leads a specialized team focused on delivering end-to-end real estate solutions for logistics, manufacturing, and industrial clients nationwide — with particular depth in the Eastern Economic Corridor (EEC), including Chonburi, Rayong, and Amata industrial estates. With over 14 years of experience in the sector, he advises multinational corporations, developers, and new market entrants on strategic land acquisition, ready-built factory and warehouse leasing, Build-to-Suit (BTS) development, and industrial portfolio optimization.

His role spans both tenant and landlord representation across Free Zone, BOI-promoted, and IEAT-regulated industrial estates, going beyond transactions to help clients navigate complex market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and supply chain considerations to unlock long-term value from their industrial assets.
