About
Since 2025, Eliška has been leading the Project & Development Services department at Cushman & Wakefield Slovakia, overseeing project management, architecture, and workplace strategy.
She brings experience from both architectural practice and the development sector, having worked as an architect and project manager at Furnier, followed by a role at J&T Real Estate, where she focused on coordinating client-driven changes across projects.
In her work, she connects design with clients’ business objectives. She helps companies create workplace environments that enhance efficiency, support collaboration, and reflect company culture. Her team has delivered more than 50 office interior design projects.
Together with her team, she delivers end-to-end solutions, from analysis and workplace strategy through to execution and technical supervision. Over the past two years, she has delivered workplace strategies for more than 20,000 sqm of office space, while her team is currently managing projects totaling nearly 30,000 sqm.
