PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Joined Cushman & Wakefield K.K. (C&W) in November 2025. As Head of Corporate Strategic Advisory, responsible for providing advisory services to Japanese corporations on Corporate Real Estate (CRE) strategy, location and portfolio strategy, and workplace strategy. Brings extensive experience across the construction industry, financial institutions, and global real estate services firms, together with broad expertise in corporate real estate.
After approximately 18 years of corporate sales experience in the construction industry, joined Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank in 2014. As the lead for a large-scale consolidation and integration program following the merger, oversaw the restructuring of more than 120 locations in Japan and overseas, including branches, data centers, and administrative centers, while also leading the development of the bank's Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and facility management frameworks.
Subsequently held roles at CBRE and JLL, where responsibilities included establishing and leading business development teams focused on Japanese corporate clients. Through a broad range of services, including investment sales and leasing brokerage, project management, and facility management, supported numerous Japanese companies in developing and executing their real estate strategies and addressing a wide range of business and management challenges.
Brings extensive knowledge of both business challenges and corporate real estate across a diverse range of industries, with particular expertise in location strategy, business restructuring, workplace transformation, and the strategic utilization of corporate real estate assets.

・Project management for the redevelopment and construction of a new headquarters building for a major specialized trading company (approx. 26,000 sq. m. GFA)
・Temporary relocation and move-back support for the above project, including workplace development and change management
・Brokerage for the sale of a hotel asset owned by a major manufacturer
・Property management of a facility owned by a major newspaper company (approx. 35,000 sq. m. GFA)
