The positive net take-up of 26,000 sqm was recorded during the second quarter of 2026 up to 45,500 sqm. A significant portion of this take-up was still contributed by Grade A offices. In contrast, Grade C office buildings recorded negative net absorption of approximately 13,000 sqm, primarily due to tenants relocating to Grade A office buildings that offer higher-quality space.

By the end of 2026, approximately 61,800 sqm of retail space currently under development is expected to enter the market. Over the medium term, the retail market is expected to expand further with the completion of an additional retail development, contributing approximately 20,000 sqm of retail space.

The total cumulative supply of hotel rooms, ranging from midscale to luxury, reached 43,749 by the end of the first half of 2026, distributed as follows: 3-star hotels (27%), 4-star hotels (41%), 5-star hotels (21%), and the luxury category (11%).
