Stijn is a Partner within Cushman & Wakefield’s Offices Leasing team and has more than ten years of experience advising occupiers on a broad range of real estate and workplace-related challenges. Together with a team of Corporate Real Estate Advisors, he helps organizations translate business objectives into real estate requirements and develop tailored occupancy scenarios and real estate strategies. In addition, Stijn advises clients on location strategy, office acquisitions and lease transactions, as well as lease restructurings and renewals. Combining extensive market knowledge with a strategic approach, he supports organizations in making informed and future-proof real estate decisions. Over the years, Stijn has built a strong track record in guiding complex real estate transactions for a diverse range of national and international clients.
