Gerard Simonis is a Partner within Valuation & Advisory at Cushman & Wakefield Netherlands. Based in the Western Netherlands region, with offices in Rotterdam and The Hague, he advises clients on a wide range of valuation, real estate advisory, and strategic property matters.

With more than 30 years of experience as a real estate valuer and advisor, Gerard has extensive knowledge of the Dutch real estate market. He works for a broad range of clients, including public authorities, institutional and private investors, banks, financial institutions, and semi-public organisations. He supports clients with valuations for acquisitions and disposals, financing, ground lease matters, financial reporting, and tax purposes.

In addition to his responsibilities in the Western Netherlands, Gerard plays an important role in the development of regional valuation teams across the country. His combination of regional market expertise, national experience, and in-depth knowledge of the public sector makes him a trusted advisor on complex real estate matters.

My Team

The Western Netherlands valuation team consists of approximately 10 valuers, based across the Rotterdam and The Hague offices. The team provides extensive expertise across commercial real estate as well as specialist property sectors.

For complex and specialist assignments, the team works closely with Cushman & Wakefield's dedicated sector specialists and national expert teams. By combining regional market knowledge with technical valuation expertise, the team supports clients across a wide range of valuation and advisory assignments.
