About
George Voorhout is Partner Team Lead - Asset Services at Cushman & Wakefield Netherlands. Based in Rotterdam, he is responsible for the property management of the iconic Groot Handelsgebouw, one of the Netherlands' most recognisable commercial real estate assets and a landmark of Rotterdam's post-war reconstruction.
With more than 25 years of experience in property management, George advises property owners and occupiers on a wide range of matters relating to property management, asset optimisation, and stakeholder management. His focus is on delivering high-quality services, improving asset performance, and creating long-term value for both owners and occupiers.
By combining operational expertise with commercial insight and a collaborative approach, George successfully manages complex real estate environments. He is known for building strong relationships and bringing together the interests of owners, occupiers, and service providers to achieve sustainable results.
My Team
George leads the on-site Asset Services team responsible for the property management of the Groot Handelsgebouw in Rotterdam. On behalf of Jamestown Europe, the team manages all commercial, technical, facilities, and administrative aspects of the building.
Working from the on-site office within the Groot Handelsgebouw, the team is dedicated to maintaining and enhancing the performance of one of the largest multi-tenant buildings in the Netherlands. By combining specialist expertise with a strong focus on service and collaboration, the team supports both the owner and the occupiers of the asset.
